Well for now, I think we should keep to having 3 strong clans with many members.

Now that I think of it, the clan era plan not only killed SOS the first time, but made 5 smaller clans, only one of them ended up surviving thus far due to they were able to get more active members. So for now, we just need to stack up the three clans we have.
