Shit that's alot. I don't even dream that often. I hardly sleep that often, but anyway..

It could be due to something you're taking.
I used to take sleeping pills which were strong as ****, I used to always get nightmares with them.
Since I'm a pretty active person, My mind keeps itself active throughout the night, so I was taking the pills and my body was knackered, but my mind would seem to keep entertainment and shit.

I just stopped taking them and stopped sleeping.

Cheese also causes nightmares.

I don't take my anti-depressants anymore. I don't eat cheese very often.

I had a series of dreams where everyone rode dinosaurs to school.
And me and my friends tried to play Football with a chainsaw.

I don't remember a lot of my dreams, but whenever I do remember them it's always about school, girls, and friends. I may not have a lot of dreams, but I do have a lot of deja vou type experiances.

EDIT: Also if your having nightmares. Try to just relax and not doing anything like 30-45 minutes before you actually to go to sleep.
