Don't double post. Don't bump, especially within 5 hours.
Focus harder on keeping your stick figure's size consistent throughout the animation. Carefully, redraw. Also, use 20 fps. It's good to get a head start on animating using lots of frames for simpler actions. It will aid you in the long run. There are plenty of tutorials here as well as newgrounds.com that will definitely help you.

It is 20 fps. Sorry about the double post but needed some response before I could continue working on something else.

The stick figure is to wobbly and didn't prepare itself for the backflip well. Needs to bend fast to slow then use short frames for the jump backwards. It almost looks like you keep redrawing the head. Just make the head a movie clip.
