Well, I've had the occasional bug with Build 3. It messes up my animation and I have to close it down, and I lose all of my work. The happens once in a while.
I'd recommend 1.9.5

I recommend 1.9.5. It's my favorite. I just put them all up there.

1.9.7 is, but I can't find any mirrors for it

the cursor is all screwed up. keeps popping up black blobs over the cursor.
