When using both fire and water at same time he lose most of his powers
Can only turn invisible for 5 seconds
Story: Tovip was an outlaw. when he was a kid he stole his first bike when he was 5. And held his first gun when he was 10
no one knows what happen to his parents but if they were still alive he wouldn't be like this. So right now hes 19. he
was walking and asked himself "i need to take this thing to the next level need more of a competition" then he saw
a poster. That said RHG take your fighting to the next level then he got all excited. So he went to RHG and Bam there he is Tovip
