Simple Platformer game, with only 5 levels right now. But there is a small secret to get =0 Oh ya and dont worry about getting game over from dieing, because you cant yet lol
Thing to look for in version 2:
-WAY more levels, Im currently working on them and Im aiming for around 30 or so.
-Stats system
-boss battles =O
-All around bug fixes, as sometimes you may fall through the floor, and I appoligize if that happens -_-

Go to the flash portal and look for the game, you won't find it on the forum. It will be labeled a game.

Yea sorry I realized the 3rd level is a little too hard so that is being fixed for the next version, its a little tricky doing it but it can be done lol.

This is a pretty cool thing you've done here, Minty. My only qualms are that the stick walks really slow. You should make him run, instead. Or at least give him the ability to start running when you double tap the arrow key, and hold it down. That is, if you know how to do it.

Yes I realized this too, it cause when I put it on the internet it doesnt run at the 60fps that its supposed too -_- It runs only about half that, but when I play it on my comp it runs perfectly. So in the next version I'll just speed him up and it will even out. But yea I never intended for him to go so slow lol.

i liked it , it seems that you got the basic code down maybe add some scoring system like a timer. other that that and maybe a upgrade on animation/graphics nice.

When he was walking up slopes, did you just create lots of small platforms to make like invisible stairs?
It would help me in my programming travels.

Lol no I didnt just make a lot of small steps, I actually pieced some of it together from a tutorial so I cant really take ALL the credit. And the green thing adds a zero on to however many lives you currently have, so if you had 10 you would then have 100 or if you had 9 you would have 90 etc... and it IS possible to get, its just pretty tricky lol.

lol ok heres how you get the green thing, its actually like a glitch more than anything.
lol the platform at the top is just hidden. Im adding a ton of hidden secrets and stuff in the next version, and I also added character customization (you can only change his colour but it still counts =p) Also I'll pm you the URL to the tutorial.
