My suggestions:

In regards to the recent update, I think it's a bad idea to make the castle archer invisible until you're in its range. Players should be able to see the castle archer at least if they have control of the middle tower.

In regards to these ideas, I think to prevent high wins people from reaping rating from lower players is to make spells accessible by RATING. So at rating 1200-1300, players can access spells X and Y. At 1300-1400, players can access X, Y, and Z, etc. :P

Tha matches are rating based making people in 1300 - 1400 usually battle while higher rated players battle eachother

Sandbox mode? You mean fighting an AI to test new strategies (Assuming you can program the AI to do this or that strategy)...

Well in a sandbox the player would have the option to control what the ai spawns and the quantity of such.
