marrowkia/medusa nerf/buff?

ok so i just thought of a great way to nerf/buff marrowki/medusa, change reaper/stone, to a passive ability, but wait, before you say this is too much like poison, theirs a catch a random timer will tick (1mins-3mins) and in that time frame, the victim, will suddenly die, except, for giants (half life taken away)
