Use the guns to stop the water,then jump in the cart with the blue ribbion to escape.

Well, you have a blue key, so the blue cart seems rather ovbious.

Burn the sprinklers with your eyes.

Check all the cars and search for anything useful, then get on the one with the blue ribbon and use the key. Now equip your gun to be safe and exit out the exit on the right.

Weld the manhole cover over the top of a cart for so you don't get wet while driving.

Then... Iono, drive around or something. Go downstairs.
