@Zyborg, try to take inspiration from other characters that aren't in wRHG (note that this isn't just copypasting them), and use that inspiration to make a character that's both interesting in powers, personality and story.
For exemple, my inspiration for Caesar was Nero, you know, the guy that set fire to Rome. In fact, Nero was his original name until I decided to change it. He'd probably have some signs of craziness and bloodlust, which is why Caesar is also like this. On the other hand, his powers come from the fact that Nero set fire to Rome. The rest of his weapons/abilities took inspiration from Roman mythology.
With that, I'm also reserving this post for my first batch of characters related to Caesar: the Xenos.

Location of Birth: Perugia, Italy
Real Name: Circe Germanicus
Appearance: Caucasian female of 28 years of age, standing 5’4’’ tall and weighing 140 pounds. She, like Caesar, has brown eyes and blonde hair. Her hair is long and she has… *ahem* bigger assets than most other female Xenos. Her clothing consists of a white tunic covering her entire body, sandals and normal underwear. She equipped herself with a magical throwing dagger, for self-protection.
Personality: Always friendly and caring, though somewhat childish and easily annoyed. Very curious of everything around her.
Abilities: Manipulation of matter.
Codename: Luna (One of Eliza’s suggestions for her codename had been “Fluttershy”, related to her feeble appearance and powerful abilities. Both the official and the suggested names are references to the popular animated series “My Little Pony – Friendship is Magic”. Eliza is quite the fan of the series.)
Real Name: Eliza Derwood
Location of Birth: London, England
Appearance: Long straight black hair, brownish-green eyes, small nose, a short girl of 18 years of age. She has been given special underwear under her red schoolgirl outfit that will not tear away with polymorphism. This underwear is gray in colour.
As a werewolf, she takes on an extremely muscular appearance, gray fur and blood red eyes. Her long hair is still oddly kept.
Personality: As a human, extremely shy and quiet, even more so than [REDACTED]. As a werewolf, impulsive, feral, violent, primitive and reckless. (She has been shown to be able to control part of her instincts as a werewolf – but not the ones of violence.)
Abilities: Polymorphism: Able to transform into a werewolf, and gain its abilities, including extreme durability and high muscular strength.

Codename: Beelzebub
Real Name: Lucille Carlyle Ferris (She also likes to be called Lucy or Lucy Fer, pronounced the same way as Lucifer.)
Location of Birth: South Dakota, USA
Appearance: [REDACTED] (Not written yet! Expect updates soon!)
Personality: Provocative towards enemies, but actually quite friendly towards everyone else.
Abilities: Seduction of the opposite gender and Pyrokinesis to the most extreme.
Note: There are in fact, incoherences in the template, which is why Circe has a different order in it than Eliza or Lucy.
