It seems like a good idea. Flesh it out, I want to know how it comes out into :)

It certainly has the possibility of being a pretty fun character. What you need to figure out is what kind of personality you would give her.
Will you go for the stereotypical office woman for the parody? Will you actually have her wanting try to win, rather than just survive? Keep working on that character : o

I agree with SJCRPV. This has potential.

I would vote against the stereotypical accountant woman. Go for a bit of eccentricity.

About that part, I've already thought of something. What can you infer from this image?

Unskilled, timid and scared for her life from her new life-threatening career.

I am free for other suggestions, though.

Someone who just wants to live a peaceful life with a steady job and a loving husband. Not prepared for anything too exciting. Dedicated to work, polite and maybe a neat freak. That's what I see from that image. Can't seem to gather much more.

Hmm, that actually works. Thanks, I'm gonna use that description. Anyways I'm going to sleep, I'll put up the wRHG page soon. Anymore comments I'll have to read tomorrow.

Are summoners allowed? If so, are there any summoners? If not a lot, would it better for the summons to be creatures or merely "puppets" created from/controlled by the summoner? I wasn't thinking full characters as summons, but either they would be dismissed after taking a decent amount of damage, or they are directly connected to the summoner and attacking the summons hurts the summoner.

Summoners are allowed. There isn't really a limit to what a character can be here but it has to be [as of right now] approved by the community. So as long as your character is alright and found to be not overpowered it should be fine. If someone does disagree, you can defend it :D

Funny that I just read Bartimaeus Trilogy, a story in which a djinn that has been summoned.

I will post the character in my universe, Ruben, sooner or later.

Something's been on my mind since FA, and as plot people, I'm just going to lay it out here.

RHG is an organization where people not only fight, like UFC, MMA but where they bring weapons into the bouts and often times die. Seems like an ethical issue to me, but not just for the gladiators to struggle with internally. When something is horribly wrong people stand up and confront it. Sometimes nothing even has to be wrong, it could just be something people have issues with.

Thing about it, there are people like Neo Nazis out there, the KKK who just hate people who are different than them, and then there are people who protest wars and damage to the environment. So, between the fact that most of the gladiators are superhuman, and again, several fights are to the death, it just confuses me how this sort of thing hasn't been brought up before.

Now, I know it's really up to all of us whether or not we want one of these sorts of things in our story-lines, but my question is do we want to have one that's widespread? Kinda like one that we all agree on?

It is my understanding that wRHG has stupidly-good medical facilities that can handwave injuries away. So, no harm no foul kind of thing.

Crank....I'm not sure what you're getting at here. Do you mean some sort of overarching story/world that ties our characters to the same universe?....I feel like that's not it but help me understand. HELP ME!!!

Heh, not entirely, but I think it could be something that could be used to arch.

Alright, so for example, if we liked the concept of, just off the top of my head: Rise Against Gladiators (RAG) it could be just be like an overlapping common maybe-enemy. Like for a colab instead of a battle, there could be a battle that they, or just one violent member interferes with.

Like, in the battle of Zero VS Hollywood, priorities could shift dramatically when someone takes a potshot at my ranged guy, who avoids a bullet in the head when he ducks into cover to avoid getting spotted by your swordsman.

Or just less dramatically, just having to sneak by a crowd of people with signs about how much of a horrible human being you.

And The Strongest, that's pretty commonly agreed upon with several people, but I still feel like you'd be dealing with some pretty heavy emotional scarring too. Besides just the gladiators though, sometimes collateral damage is included but no one ever seems to get the blame for that. That would also strike out a nerve and make people scream to quell the injustice.

I don't know, just looking for common ground that could be shared between arches.

Sorry to interrupt, but I just made a new rule in the first post. Nothing really to do with this conversation, but just something I've always noticed with this thread since GamerXD made it and has for awhile been a consideration that I ought to bin this thread.

But this conversation is proving me wrong, that something can be workable.
