Abilities
Tyler is made out of snow (just like a snowman). He can melt or extend his limbs like a tentacle (hands and legs). He fights better when it's snowy (or Christmas). He can also make a snowball out from his hands and throw them to the target to distract them. Tyler is weak when it's sunny since he will melt into a water. He can regenerate himself if a target melts him by waiting for at least 5 minutes.
Story
Tyler was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was once a scientist, although one day he suddenly spilled a cup of red acids and was directly poured to his hands, his head started to ache so hard and he was brought to the hospital, after for about hours of resting in the hospital, a doctor came in and said a bad news, it was that Tyler is now made out of snow but when you touch or look at him, he looks normal. He grew up having that kind of power and he knows how to control them.
Weakness
He can't fighting when the temperature is really hot (sunny day?), he will melt into a water or might become weak. When you throw a bucket of really (yes, really!) hot water at him he'll melt and will become weak, if he wants to regenerate, he will need to wait 5 minutes. He is also not really fast and may get tired really fast especially if it's really hot/sunny.
