If you're asking for an animation software, I would start with Pivot or Stykz, then when you feel good at it, try Flash! :3 welcome btw

Adding to Koon, use Stykz not Pivot... although it's techincally an opinion thing, I very highly recommend Stykz over Pivot. It just has many more options.
