It's nice and smooth, but I think the run is way too slow, considering running is a naturally fast version of walking, even with the intentional wierdness (lol) it should be like at least 2x faster

I dont know if you see when he landing his jump because that s not realistic(you style too but this is another thing) , i think you got to practise your landing..
