It already took you over *looking at Location*
I think that humanity and this planet with all it's happy, jolly animals on it, will die within the blink of an eye. How? What do you think will happen when those damn black holes keep and keep on expanding?

Quote from ChinamanWe will all die by cancer caused by cell phones, in about 15 years or so. It's been proven by science.
i dont talk on the phone that much and how

Oh okay then. Scientists had made up loads of theories about the universe and its' end.
One: is that it is expanding even now, and that it is fuelled by the Big Bang (If it is true of course). And that there is a point when everything expands, everything, even humans, the nucleus in atoms become too far apart, making the gaps between them, longer. And then the object decays to nothing. Soon everything decays and nothing will exist.
Two:But there is another theory, (The scientists and their theories!), that the universe stopped expanding and it will contract or shrink. And everything becomes smaller until at a point, there is a dot so small and dense.
This dot gets smaller and smaller until the pressure is too great, and the Big Bang is occurring again. The cycle continues, so therefore there is no end of the world or humanity.
Well? Isn't anyone going to contradict my opinion?

All of these stuff I just said, is true and not made up.
Err... You should read up on your astrophysics, because science has a great many more ideas about the way the universe will end. And to be honest, those descriptions are fairly innacurate representations of the theories they attempt to describe.
Also, I'm sure the thread was about the human race's end, not the entire universe's end.
While we surely don't know, and CAN'T KNOW, the future of the world, we CAN say that among the possible factors leading to our demise are nuclear war, meteoroid and asteroid impacts, hostile alien invasion (Possible but definately not likely), viruses and bacteria, and other such things.
I made a thread dealing with one in particular that I feel needs more attention than it is getting:

Ash: "definitely not likely"
We'll all die from the plague. Except the Eskimos, then they'll rule the earth. Sorta.

Contrary to what you may think, that IS a properly worded statment. It is a statement of it's degree of "not likely"-ness, that degree being "completly".

the human race will all die for the sake of pollution and corruption. The russians will start the war all over again and will cause suicide, bombings an what not. If ALL of us dont die most of us will
I also think plants and fungi will evolve to destroy the threat known as mankind ... but I mean . . come on

I think you spelled definitely wrong, Ash.
Quote from LixuAnd the car is the worst kind of that.
No. It's. Not.
More of the worlds pollution comes from manufacturing and power plants then from what we produce by driving our automobiles around.

Aha! Finally, an intelligent conversation. I will discuss this more with you (maybe) some time later. Whoops, my mind was drifting off while I wrote that.
Anyway, it actually depends on the existence of aliens.

I think that the human race will end with world conflict. Fighting over resources and things like that. All within the next 500 - 1000 years... oil is running out fast so... maybe even sooner? Maybe much sooner... shit...
How come we can't share everything?
A Utopia, where there are no weak. Everything is equal...
But we can only dream...

Quote from James MoerI think the world will surely end on the 2012 because the Mayan calendar ended there, they couldn't be ****ing bothered enough to save paper to continue the calendar because they shitted them selfs too much of diarrhea. So I think earth will explode into millions of particles, causing big atoms with the sound waves in the universe to break out a huge explosion of electroshocking sounds with huge rocks exploding with black holes. It will even reach the sun.

In a way I do agree with you. But, since we don't have any proof aliens exsist I'll say the human race will end in some sort of disease.
