The flip was just a little awkward but, all in all the easing and movement sanctioning were sexy.

Not flawless. Sorry, but the reality of the movements ended during the spin motion.

The black figure apparently broke all of his joints and limbs before the spin.

Ugh... so what? if i really went for realistic stuff i cant even do what I want , the blue guy might as well have shot him first , but that would be what I wanted would it? And I see no way why would he break all of his limbs.

The fact that he First broke his legs on the turn, then he turned his upper body completely around, pretty sure that would hurt, Seeing as how he reached behind his back with both arms, he must've broken his lower arms off of the joint on the upper arm. =/
Simple physics and body motion. You cannot move like that, so he shouldn't. You can animate what you want to do, but you seem like you wouldn't know how, and you would be to lazy.

I know I'm too lazy to show you an animation of how it should look.

Ehh... one side of me wants to disagree , but the sane ones says: mehh your kinda right. And still the other one says: Ugh its a animation ffs , you can make everything you like in any way you like , no right or wrong ways.

That's not how an animator should think. You need to try to animate well or there's really no reason to. You have talent, but you need to use it. Work on your physics and realism.
