i know most of the movements are off, just trying to get back into my style.

some nice moves there, I liked the easing. Your on your way to getting back to your old level of animating

The movements looked weird, you wouldn't normally move and flip like that.

Please don't just flame someone because you accuse them of a noob.
You stated you aren't as good as you have been, therefore, whatshisname didn't have to know your old animating level to post what he did. That's bad english skills and miscommunication right there.

i wasnt flaming, i was simply making a point.

and the reasons for the off physics is because its ment to have a bit of cartoony style.
