well in just 3 days i got 90 infaction?
i was banned for 3 days when i unbanned i posted 1 thread and banned
there were no infaction

He obviously infracted you for this because you advertised your clan right after you joined, strongly indicating that you might be a bot. Montana, who has been here for a while, is not one because he's been posting a lot of other stuff(he might've gotten a minor infraction, idk).

If you want to advertise your clan, do somewhere else where people actually care.

Hewitt is a pretty well respected moderator here and he does his job, so I would assume that the infraction you've received was for a reasonable cause. This one being for the fact that M0ntana actually is the leader of the clan he's linking, rather than you posting the same link having little to no authority of the clan.

Also, for your multi-posting issue, you were banned because you've done the action of multi-posting. There is an assigned infraction that relates towards that. Of course, you can accept the fact that you received the infraction, but in no way does that prevent you from actually receiving the infraction in the first place. You've already comitted the action.

You don't have to play Stick Empires to know the rules of the section, as they pretty much apply to everywhere else.

Because they have the choice to. Most advertising about clans is done in signatures and on IRC. There's no need to create a thread solely based on advertising something you have little control over, and that's why you got infracted.

But I mean, if you want justice, sure. We can arrange for that. Yeah, not really.
