Everyone that gave you a ten out of ten is an idiot.

Until you've got the basics down of photoshop, I wouldn't bother getting reviews on how to make it better, because guaranteed almost everything will need work. Instead of going into a point by point description of what needs work in this specific tag, I think you should just keep working on what you're doing, and take a look at some signatures that people that are really good at photoshop have made, to get you in the right mindset.
