Okay cool! Oh, one more question. Are we allowed to ask our competitor if we can puppet their warrior for a single post? Or is it a no in general? (IE: describing a parry followed by a thrust that wasn't previously stated by the opponent)

You're asking if you can put moves into another character that weren't described previously?

I'm running through a fight like this with Dominic in my head and I cannot for the life of me think of a way to win. With his sleeves he'd parry a few attacks in the beginning, towards the end he'd go batshit crazy and either concous himself or slaughter the opponentunfairly. This whole thing sounds like an AMAZING setup, and I think that if I was forced into it, I would lose...badly xD

Some of you are probably wondering why I had to ask you to acknowledge the use of the Bonus Condition. This is to assure you're all now contractually obligated to produce it. You cannot say later on that you "do not consider X as a Permanent Injury therefore I am fine in the Finals". Whatever scars your character gains from here on out is carryover, permanent or not with the exception of fatigue (you get a moment's repreive between matches).

Anyways, here are the Antes:

Lobotomizer - Hard: By the end of your battle...Corvon must suffer a fatal demise...from Kalena's hand.
Chamel - Medium: Everytime you recieve an attack, you must suffer clothing damage as well.

ErrorBlender - Medium: In the moments leading to and in your penultimate or final post, create a "twist ending". This ending CANNOT be about the result of the battle itself. For example: the most cliche'd kind of twist ending is that it was all just a dream. I can provide another example if you ask for it but you won't be able to use it anymore.
TheStrongest - Hard: Intersperse every or every other post you make with a Flashback, fleshing out your Character's Past.


I'll set up the threads later and edit this post or the semi-final post accordingly. Kinda busy right now with stuffs.

Let me clarify, by 'lose' I mean tatter. So you dont have to lose your whole shirt. It could just be ripped in half or sliced up or something. Reclarified it in my previous post.

Nice bonuses...but what's with Lobo having to actually LOSE (at least that's what I read) Corvon for good? Isn't that like rewriting her character entirely, having such a loss as that, while the other Hard ante is just like...a character reveal?



I'm not trying to challenge you Hewitt, but it seems odd to me. Maybe I'm reading it wrong. And even if I'm not I suppose it's up to Lobo in the end.

EDIT In theory, it does give Lobo an "easy" way of fulfilling the Bonus Condition. Though I'm sure that's not the point.
