View Profile Jflash, I animated the head but it was blocking the arms and it was just making it harder to follow, and It says in the animation that the head blocked the arms. so why did you tell me to add the head if it said "The head blocked the arms" in the animation?

Well, whatever reason you have, it looks incomplete without the head.

Why?
You made me cry, does animating sticks have to be "realistic"? The good thing about animating, is that you can make it whatever you like, as long as you follow the basics like easing, anticipation and all the fundamental jazz. No where in the basics of animation does it say keep it realistic. In my opinion animating realistically gets boring and old fast, specially when applying it to sticks.
oh and btw, Amf I liked it. Super floppy and smooth :).

But Loopy, it shows the head is blocking the arms and it just shows me he's lazy for not trying to get the head right! D':

So head vs no head is what separates lazy animators from non-lazy ones? I've seen plenty of people that just throw on heads on half-assed animations. He wanted people to see the flow of his arms, thus he didn't add a head. I don't find that lazy, seems just fine to me.

No, you got it all wrong. He stated that he DID animate the head but removed it because it was blocking the arms. This makes me see it that he didn't put in much effort to COMPLETE his animation by finding a solution to his problem. Also, I'm focusing on his animation and not others.
