Let me take a leaf from your book.
Mean comments: Lrn2drawfaces
Specifically, learn to draw the faces of both human and animal before you try smoshing the two together. Maybe tack on some anatomy there for good measure.

This might be appropriate enough to teach you everything you need to know. If you bother.

You've got some serious shoulder proportion issues going on there guy.
Not a lot to be said about this because it lacks any real substance, and looks like it was very quickly done.

Herrow felliw Furreh :3
Like Lobo said, work on human and animal head shaoes and sizes, etc, and get used to that. I say work solely on the head and do a lot of sketches that way, and than when you think you have a good feel for the anatomy of the head, go to the shoulders and arms, torso, etc. Take it in steps and learn everything you can about every part of the body so you know exactly how to draw it.
But I like the Furrehs so we iz all good :3
