import into flash. File > import to stage.
For a sound, first import the sound (file>import to library)
Right click on the layer you're on (should be like, layer 0) and click "add new layer" Make sure that layer is selected, and select every frame. right click and click "convert to keframes" Whereever you want your sound, just click on the frame you want it, and drag the sound from the library (Window > Library) onto the stage.
To export go to File > export > export movie

If you have something really long in pivot, I'd suggest save as a gif then import into flash (File>import>"your desired gif")

if you want a higher quality video (but takes a long ass time), save as seprate images (bitmaps) then import all the images to the stage, then put very individual image on the frames they are supposed to go.

I dont think Action script is required. if your makeing the piv repeat its self, putting a cool effect on it, or makeing a video game, then put the frames in a movie clip. it none of the above, them MC's arent required either.

Import to stage. Done.

Pivot file to gif. and import.
