When I'm playing my music, Winamp has an extremely irritating tendency to equalise the volume of everything forever, which happens to mean that the softer parts (which, in the case of my music, is highly abraisive and high pitched) become much louder then they should and rape my ears, and the parts that are supposed to be loud (which, in my case involves epically heavy bass hits, which I love) become way softer then they should be, which makes the music incredibly boring.

Does anybody know of a way to stop winamp from ****ing shit up like this? Because it's forcing me to keep adjusting the volume on my headphones which is ****ing annoying when you're trying to do your homework.

Also, don't tell me to get another media player, I like winamp, there's a lot of addons available for it to let me get the best quality out of my shit.
