so my question is not really a problem but a trouble of orientation instead, my trouble its about the double frame, about the when should i double frame, triple frame, so on.

You just double/triple frame anywhere in the animation that makes it look smother and cleaner.

I tend to use double/triple framing for simple movements like walking or gestures, or in spots where there needs to be a lot of anticipation before an attack. It all really depends on the style you're trying to develop, experiment and find what works or looks the best to you.

It isnt necessary to double and triple frame. I personally still move the character but MUCH slower so it is a smoother anticipation.
