I didn't really know where else to put this so here it is.
Basically, you tell me any item or animal or a name of anything, and I will create a way that a person dies, just a random name. I did this on my previous account so I figured since I've done it before this would be a good first thread to start my writing brain back up.

Wumbo.

.Ned was very much into Spongebob. He watched every episode there was and especially loved the episode where Spongebob steals Mermaidman's belt and accidentally begins shrinking people with it, and Patrick began talk of "Wumbo". That was his absolute favorite episode. One day, he was looking on eBay and came across that exact Mermaidman belt, for only two dollars. Ned happily obliged and began bidding and, long story short, the belt came in two days later. Ned was ecstatic and immediately put it on. He then turned it upside down to the "Wumbo" position.

After he put it to that position, he didn't seem to want to take it off, or even put it back to its original M. He kept it on everywhere he went, outside, work, even when he went to bed. Two nights after he got the belt, things got strange. He began having nightmares of "Wumbo", who turns out to be a creature stuck inside the belt. The Beast is hairless and has 9 inch claws that seemed to be able to rip anything to shreds. It had very skinny legs, seemingly unable to hold up its massive torso and bulky arms. But, Ned found its face to be the creepiest of all. The creature had blood red eyes with black dots in the middle, no eyelids in sight. It's mouth was foaming black ooze, and when it opened its mouth to let out a deafening shriek, Ned saw "Wumbo"'s jagged, yellow, razor sharp teeth. After Wumbo's terrifying shriek, it lunged at Ned and ripped him to shreds, prompting him to wake up. He breathed out a sigh of relief as he realized it was a dream, and proceeded to get up and get ready for work, forgetting about his belt still set to Wumbo. He then looked at his wall in front of him, and his blood ran cold. Written in what seemed like blood, were the words:

"Turn Around". Ned looked down at his arm, realizing it was gushing blood, which would explain the blood not the wall. Then, cautiously, terrified, he turned around. There was Wumbo, inches away from his face. Ned smelled it's rotted breath and looked deep into those blood red eyes. In the deepest, demonic voice Ned ever heard, Wumbo said

"You should have taken off the belt while you had the chance"

Before Ned could even think about running, Wumbo dug its 9 inch claws into his chest, and pulled out Ned's still beating heart. Ned's last sight was Wumbo beginning to devour his heart.

Ned Brickley has been missing for five years. And to this day, people still see that belt on eBay

Man thats some quality stuff! How 'bout a giant squid?

Brittany was very interested in marine biology. She's loved sea animals ever since she had her pet goldfish at three years old. Now she's 22 and has her degrees for what she loves:studying sea animals. And now, she's going on an amazing journey.

She arrives at an unknown spot deep in the Atlantic Ocean. The only people on the S.S Atlantic (of course named for her trips around the Atlantic Ocean), we're herself and a few workers she found on the street looking for spare change on a floating ship. All they ever talk about is "The time is coming", but Brittany brushes it off. They still do their work at least. The dives began on July 21st, 2009.

Brittanys first dive was amazing. She saw so much diverse sea life. She even saw a variety of sharks. She stayed in the sea for hours until her oxygen tank was nearly up. The workers helped her up and, out of the corner of her eye she swore she saw a giant shadow. When she turned that direction, all she saw was a school of fish. She brushed it off and continued up. The workers seemed to have seen the shadow too, and they panicked. They kept saying "It's come back for us!". But Brittany again brushed it off.

The second dive seemed a little more creepy. The fish seemed.. Uncomfortable. She also kept swearing she saw that giant shadow again, but never saw exactly what it was. Then, randomly she saw a bunch of average sized squids. Odd, because she never saw them on the first dive. Yet she continued her dive, but getting out earlier than before. She was tired and fell asleep right after the dive, where she had nightmares about that shadow. She began to seriously wonder what it was.

On her third dive she finally got her wish. Toward the end of her dive, on the way back to the boat, she saw it. A gigantic squid that had to be twice the size of a normal bus. She also saw those squids around the giant one, realizing it must be the babies of the giant squid. She swam as fast as she could to the boat, and when she got on the boat, she swore she felt a tentacle attempt to grab at her leg. Then, the workers went on and on about the time coming and how everyone was in danger. Finally, Brittany began to believe them. She decided to lay down and think about what was happening. Her lying down turned into a deep sleep that lasted until the next morning.

When she woke up, her workers were gone. No sign of blood or anything, all five of them were just gone. The only evidence she found was a tattered piece of clothing at the edge of the boat. At this point, she knew something was terribly wrong. She called the coast guard, but just when she was telling the person on the line about the workers, it all cut to static. She kept trying to call, and still nothing. She became terrified at this point and tried to drive away, but the motor was shot. She was trapped. She walked out to the front of the boat to check the motor, she got on her diving equipment and looked at the back of the boat and saw something horrifying.

One of the worker's bodies were stuck in the motor.

She totally panicked at this point and tried to surface once more, but a tentacle grabbed her. It was one of the average sized squids. Inher fit of terror, she kicked the squid and it swam away. She sighed a sigh of relief and began back up to the surface before hearing a mighty roar that nearly deafened her. It was then she realized that it was the giant squid, angry that she had just kicked her baby. Before she could try to get on the boat, another tentacle grabbed her. This one, however, was bigger and alot tighter around her. She screamed in pain as the giant squid reeled her in. The oxygen tank was at a dangerous low. But she couldn't get out of the monsters grip. The last thing she saw was the giant squid and all her babies staring at her as it squeezed the life out of her.

The coast guard found a abandoned boat deep in the Atlantic Ocean. The missing people were found to be Brittany Murphy and five other people who's names were never disclosed.
