I'll be brutally honest here.
Fusion: 9/10 He's an amazing guy who knows his shit. He's been here for a long time and has a good sense of humor, and is a perfect candidate for modship.

Molgera: *sigh* 3/10. Ever since his days of being Gamerat, he still makes the same mistakes. He posts some insensitive things without thinking and he brings threads off-topic often, and sometimes I believe he does it on purpose without considering the consequences. I give this guy a three because he's active (for the better or worse), welcomes people quite often in the Introduction (albeit he doesn't do it very well, but most don't do it in the first place), and I believe he will become a much more mature person in the future. As of right now though, he has a lot to learn.

Fusion is a great member in general and it's nice to see him around. He's active enough, he's pretty smart if you asked me. It's easy to get along with him because he never shows anger or bias to anyone when he's in the Chat Thread or most places I see him. He's also a pretty funny and likable guy. 10/10

Molgera I don't know that well, but his posts are somewhat thoughtless most of the time when it comes to a more serious discussion, but most other places he can be nice person. So 5/10

Fusion 10/10 He cool in my book. Even though I barley met him.

Molgera 10/10 He is my buddy and I've known him since Pre-School. Like the time we went into sewers and looked for pirate treasures.
