Well. I say it should start like this.
We give a scenario. Like walking down the street headed to the store to begin with.
My rhg Origami or yours would be trying to go about buying groceries however the anti-RHG police show up.
Telling the character to leave. Dependent on the nature of our rhg's we would either comply or something else would happen etc.
Just explain what the RP is about. Then give a scene to go by. And it changes every once in a while. We can also add characters that would aid the RP's direction.
We would need to find out how our rhg's got to that point and eventually come up with a goal. If no goal then just an infinitely expanding world.

that's a good idea. we could have some world expansion but not to where everyone can do what they want.
