Race: Alien commander of Pluto
Description: He was a very young commander of Pluto, about 15. He was sent to earth to go ape shit on the humans, but fell asleep drivng the ship and just fell out of the fucking window. He landed on earth and the humans were like
"Oooooh shit its Roswell all over again!"
He got up from the crash and, hitting his head, had total amnesia. He thought earth was his home, and the family that got him on eBay was his parents. Then, on his 20th birthday, it all came back to him. His birthplace, his mission. But, he couldn't kill them now, could he? This place was like his home. So, he decided to keep his memories to himself, and only use his powers if someone annoyed him, like one of those Bieber fans or something.
Powers: Billy has telekinesis, powerful enough to move buildings. He also has very good shooting abilities, able to shoot skillfully with any gun. Billy has psychic powers as well, able to see the future and, with much power, read minds. He has sharp 5 inch claws and a piece of tech attached to his wrist that can shoot energy blasts capable of destroying cities, depending on how powerful he makes it. Finally, his jetpack, capable of going faster than the speed of a jet and slower than a turtle, it all depends on how fast he wants to go.
Appearance: Billy is around 6'7 and his skin is slightly purple, not too bad but enough to notice. He has red eyes and elf ears. Also, after seeing predator, he has his hair like the dreadlocks and a handmade mask that he wears every so often. He always wears a blue t-shirt and black pants, along with flip flops. He also has a jetpack attached to his back with unlimited gas (Plutos better than earth in tech, you mad?).
Personality: Billy is very friendly, that is, until you make him mad. He has much of a smart ass attitude as well, and is mentally unstable. Other than that, his personality isn't very unique.
How he got to insane island: Billy was just flying around in his jet pack, like a boss, when he saw an awesome island in the middle of the sea. He decided to land on it, and, upon finding that it was the "Insane Island", he decided to call it is home.

Naimad quickly flies off as bullets splinter and splatter the ground. He sees the apparent leader of the round city walking from a flasher and some weird chick and into a building. He immediately speeds towards the area, crashing into the building. As he dashes in the direction the old dude went he sees a HUGE laser contraption. He flies straight into and it veers off, firing through the ceiling, off in a random direction... It then blows the top off a large volcano. Naimad escapes via the previous "mineshaft" as everyone else stares in shock through the hole in the roof, clearly awed by his awesomeness. But, he sees a buttload of sapphires and thinks, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat.".

Billy lands on the island to see much commotion. He just shrugs it off as some normal brawl and flies around on his awesome jet pack, looking for people.

From within the skies and from the clouds somebody truly is coming "YEAH TRIANGULAR!" a triangle with a face is riding on a surf board coming down from the skies and immediately after he said that a bunch of angels started flying by his side and began singing a wondrous choir before exploding in a fantastic array of colors. The triangle man landed nearby Xate and said to him "I JUST SURFED AROUND THE WOORLD!" and grew a smile on his face.

"Cool. Now then...EVERYONE! GATHER AROUND! WE SHALL PARTICIPATE IN A GAME! A GAME THAT SHALL DECIDE OUR FATE!" Xate the psychic created badass music out of nowhere and the drums started rolling. "It'sssssssssss. ROCK! PAPER! SCISSORS!"

Murmy sees a dead "freedom fighter" and grabs his bullet-proof vest, a machine gun (automatic rifle), and a flintlock that was on the ground.

Murmy walks away from the dead fighter thinking "Poor people." and screams at the top of his lungs, "First- class flights to Mount Magma! 50 bucks! 2 Dollars extra if you want evasive maneuvers to avoid lava and whatnot! Turbulence- free!"

*This literally all going to shit. 1. I don't even know which roleplay format we're going by. 2.I can't take you guy seriously. But okay. TheTyGamer should start us off somewhere like monolith roleplay did.

Well, the first post says that fighting belongs downtown and "The Arena". So, there must be a major city. As to where this is I don't know. I assume the mayor is there. Perhaps waiting for someone to go there? Let's hope he posts. Seeing the thread was made yesterday at 04:57 pm (on my computer), we can assume he will post today at around the same time. It's about 1:47 pm on my computer right now. That leaves about 2 hours (maybe with another ten minutes?). Let's just wait and see.

*Ok guys. so, I just got home and now I can help you. I saw you guys wanted me to direct you, so here we go. First off, the island is circular, with a smaller circle in the middle that is the main town. The main town is violence free and fully protected. No one with plans of evil doing are allowed inside the town. Outside of the protected town, violence is allowed everywhere. Downtown is the most violence filled part. Also, there are mountains in the town circle, but they are very dangerous and deadly. All super-villains can live downtown or in the mountains OUTSIDE of the town circle. The town circle has the town hall and lots of buildings. You may live here, unless you are a super-villain. Also, I noticed a lot of you are violent characters, and a small amount of you are "insane". Well, try to make your character sorta crazy. This is supposed to be 75% comedy and 25% violence and other stuff. Remember that! So, try to be funny. Also, we are not going to count any of y'alls roleplay you have already done, instead, we are starting from scratch. So, here's how we're starting: All of the villains are outside of the town, doing random villainous things, while the humans and heroes and aliens are gathered in front of the town hall, listening to Mayor Psycho speak.

"Yeah, so, ummm..." The Mayor hesitated. "I want everyone who can to volunteer and help me make a... ummmmm... hot dog vendor in front of the... ummmmm... Town hall. I think... it... ummmmm... would make all cit... I... z... inz..." He stopped, trying to read the word off the script. "What's that word?" he asked his assistant.
"Citizens, sir." his assistant answered.
"Shitty pens."
"No, citizens."
"Oh. Citizens. Anyways, it will be good for other people, and especially myself. End of speech." The Mayor and his assistant entered the town hall.
Everyone stood around, questioning this statement. Some were excited while some didn't like the idea.

Murmy sees a purplish dude hovering on a Jetpack and flies up to him. He positions himself next to the other guy, facing in the same direction. After a while, he says the most epic first words EVAHR... "Sup, bruh?".

Inside, Mayor Psycho is looking out his window.
"I could go for a hot dog right now..." He said to his assistant.
"Well, you can always get one from the hot dog toilet, sir" His assistant answered.
"I don't trust the hot dog toilet anymore... Not after the incident..."
"I'm going to go down there. I feel like partying." Mayor Psycho grabbed his megaphone as he walked outside. "Anyone feel like partying?" His said into the megaphone.
