Any processed and then fried food is bad for you. You would be better off to eat McDonald's based on the sodium. That much salt is fucking horrible.

I meant chicken vs hand burgers and also the fact that the high price acts as a deterrent as well,
look at the dollar store.
you can buy

for cheap
the dollar store/value menu/dollar menu is probably one of the largest causes of obesity in America, b/c healthy food is fucking expensive

Yeah because it's cheaper for companies to make food in bulk that's not as god for you. You can eat at home cheaper than you can at McDonald's and if you make the same thing it's healthier for you.

So there is this other thing I've read about and actually did it a few times without realizing it.
It´s called a fasted workout, it means working out BEFORE breakfast, so working out when you´re hungry. And start eating something an hour after your workout.
I suppose it is a kind of a torture, but it will surely burn up your fat.

Yeah because when you don't eat your bodies gets confused and doesn't know when it's going to get food again so it holds onto what you give it :/

I always preferred natural ways rather that going on the diet plan. Swimming is a good exercise in this regard. Swimming is an activity that burns lots of calories. I have been a swimmer my whole life and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to shape up.

Diets are natural?
Swimming only counts if you're doing it for exercise purposes rather than recreational purposes.

lifestyle changes are natural, including a change in overall diet. temporary dieting to lose weight fast is not natural.

Well that's why temporary dieting doesn't work. People get excited whb they lose a few pounds so they reward themselves and go back into their old ways.

make sure you have a contingency plan and a good life insurance policy
This is probably the best freaking plan there is out there. Anorexia's a lot safer, though.

No it´s not. You´ll loose all of your muscle along with the fat you loose. You´ll end up being skin over bone and getting muscle from that point you´ll first need to get fat again.
I suppose nobody wants to be skin over bone, you´ll be weak an pathetic. It´s important to exercise while trying to get rid of your fat

Of course, noone wants to be skin over bone. I wasn't actually telling anyone to go and ruin themselves.

Sorry I didn't know you were being sarcastic/hilarious.
And yes I agree to your statement :)
