LOL= Telekinesis ,Objects,food and even RHG

XD= summons weapons like sword,hammer,bows,spears ETC.

EDIT: THEY can turn to a monster!(2 heads 4 arms and 4 legs)and having both powers in one!

LOL= A normal humans weakness

XD= Fast and agile enemies

Story
LOL and XD are twins who always play around.
LOL likes being in quiet and dark places like in a locked room.
While XD likes weapons and drawings and arachnids.
One day, the two was playing at the park.
It was night and two were alone,Then a meteor crashed directly infront of them.
And sucked them in!And blew them out flying in the air.
When the twins were about to go home LOL noticed XD changing colors to black.
(because there both blue originally)XD panicked and the way home.when they got home,
They fainted.At the time they wake up,they both felt the power developing,
And knew that both of them was capable of being a RHG.
