It's actually fake because it's impossible to get that score. Some of the fastest typers never gets to 300 (I believe someone has already achieved the 200 speed).

edit:, got 115 score in Typing Competition (which is a multiplayer version of Typing Test (the same website).

Actually...It's quite easy. Just type in semi-fast speed then you won't have wrong word spellings.
