Using Prepaid Credit Card for Membership?

Tecness2 suggested to me about using prepaid credit cards for the membership but hey!!!!!! It looks like you need to use a real credit card! D:<

Paypal accounts are free and easy to make, just make one, use the prepaid credit card, and then you have membership.
