Even though your making a well thought out valid point someone will work out a retarded way to combat it with no thought and even if you somehow get through the retardism there is barely any chance of getting noticed by Brock/Cj.

We need someway of getting our ideas through to them which isn't a thread that any dumb idea can get posted on.

Don't nerf castle archers, If they were weaker people who don't build early units will always be wiped by the sword archer combo. People will be raped by sword rushes early on.

The prices have been raised to stop early turtles but don't nerf them.

People won't learn to play decently, The game will change into quick rushes to kill. Tactics will start to die. Think of a time where you could of killed someone early on but they had 2 archers so you built an army tacitly so you could take them out. Imagine how that could be ruined.

Think of a time your enemy got a amazing economy quickly so the only way to keep back their army was with archers while you built your army for your final push towards victory.

The game would lose it's edge just thanks to a small change, The game will no longer have long epic battles which end so closely. It will become a race to gain low tiered units quickly and early on to end the game as quick as possible.

Now I have to go, For it is 3:00am.

Well in my experience, If you actually get castle archer, (or are forced to get castle archer) you have basically already lost :/

Don't nerf castle archers. Please. Castle archers are the only good way to stop a early game sword with rage rush. Otherwise, the game will just devolve into who can make the best early game rush strategy. Only noobs will ever go into matches lasting more than 3:00,

For what I can see the game is already "rush or lose." The only good turtler I've ever seen is fatty. But then, after the early game it goes from rushing to other things. "Tactics will start to die" is a fear that seems unwarranted. With every patch tactics evolve and change. Its always been like that.

I know what you mean, but you do realize that this could be interpreted as a reason to buff castle archers, which is definitely unnecessary.

Also, after thinking about it, I realized that there is another problem with nerfing C.A.- Exploiters. People will instantly come out with dozens of little ways to troll them- nerf CAs a little, and they will become useless.

Nonsense. I use castle archer in a couple of my builds. Works really well against over-aggressive players.

Not if the other person tried to sword mass. Early game I see a few people who go the rage swords, so I build my economy and a castle archer and lure them in as my castle archer is building. My 2 or 3 units from the start may die or make it in, but my miners are slower, so they try to hit my economy. It's a trap though. It brings them in close to my castle archer who appears as they are around my statue, and almost all their army, or all of it dies, and I have a slight economic advantage and an army advantage.
