Seeing how BirtDog hasn't been replying to my msgs lately, is it alright if I write his character without the "I-make-everyone-go-insane-and-fight-each-other" ability?

Or should I still just wait for him to reply?
It's been like 3 days since I last asked a question and he hadn't replied back :/

You should do it Nikx. I doubt he'll reply at this pt. Damn, and he was benching for R2 as well.

Hmmm...at this rate, I'll have to do an alternate method for polling the people in this round. All the other inactives will be blacklisted from ever participating in something I create.

D'= Well that sucks...I hope at least he puts up his part!
He might have a winning chance against me on this one! ;D
Seriously though, no more hard ante's for me till I can get some more rust off my back. =~=;

Edit: Nvm he JUST replied to me a few moments ago xD

I made the mistake of letting too many people in this thing. I hoped I would replicate the success of my first Round but alas. Not to say that was the only contributing factor but I have definitely learned from the experience :D

Lol, well it's alright. I quite enjoyed this thing and am using the full time as much as possible (not late...yet xP),
and I love the areas you're concocting to help expand our repertoire~!

Quote from Mecha-Hewitt
I thought you said your vacation is until the 8th?

Yes, it is. But I wrote jack. So I gotta try to get it done in 4 day's time. AKA: 8th-12th. ._. (Wish me luck...)

I haven't wrote anything, and the deadline's almost due. I don't know what to do anymore.

If I do that, the chances of losing will at an all-time high, and I don't want to lose again. I feel like I've already lost my writing touch ever since I've lost the first round of the tourney. I don't know how I should lift myself up again from that heavy impact.

I'll try, but if I lose again, then that's it. I give up. I'm done.

Well I think it's better to write something then nothing at all and I feel that perhaps you're a little too focused on "winning."

If you have no ideas go look up a something online to inspire you! Think about stories you've read or watched that you could reflect off of.
I know it's kind of weird, considering it is a tournament, but don't think about winning or losing. That'll just add more pressure. Instead think of what you can do to add to your piece of writing.

I know you can write, you just have to have confidence in your own writing and just do it. (so get up and just do it) ^w^

Edit: Also if you look back at Hewitt's post earlier, he said he would consider extending the time. So just try to write until then!

2nd Edit: Well...okay then. It's sad because I really enjoyed your character when I first came upon him in the FA Writer's Lounge (I...I think...it's been awhile but I've seen your character before). I really hope you don't give up just because of this tournament and continue writing about your character.

Best of luck to you sir~!

Thanks, Nikx. So Mecha-Hewitt, is it okay if I make my entry all in rhymes? Something that's based off of Dr. Seuss, you know, for kids to read. If that's alright with you, of course it's suppose to be a fairy tale, but it can also be blended with rhymes.

Best of luck Shadowkirby =o.

Still having even less luck than I hoped for myself, although. Got several rather ideal settings brainstormed now, but zero ideas on a kid-friendly conflict that my character could win in. Still a couple hours, I guess.

Well if you'd like to look at the deadline literally:

Aug. 9 is only over after it passes midnight, so you should be fine if you turn it in before then. (Although I don't recommend it cause you'll probably get a heart attack and carpal tunnel syndrome xD)
