You should get the cheaper one if you just need a tablet.
But if you want one with greater quality, then just go with the first one.

What's the point? They'll break 1 week after the deadline anyway.

No no don't worry if it breaks it's just gonna conveniently fix itself again like everyone elses when having a tablet ever becomes useful for completing a certain important event
Anyway, from what I can say, the one on the top looks better judging from appearance, even though I prefer Wacom brands the most.
Try looking into getting a Bamboo Connect. Not only is it inexpensive, but it really gets the job done if you're a beginner assuming that you're going to use it mostly for stick figure animation.
Hope this helps!

yeah go with a bamboo. I have one and they're not too expensive but they do what their supposed to. I haven't had any problems with it breaking at all and i've had it for at least a year.

It's not like your mom is always low on money :I Wait for her to have some and get a wacom bamboo which cost like $100?
That kind of tablet will most likely break after some time, mine has been a year and a half and still looks new :T

I prefer you go with wacom tabs, they're good and accurate I guess.
Go buy the first version of the bamboo tablet series. Cheap and good.

No one here is going to say anything as helpful or informative as the hundreds of product reviews that both of those tablets have.
Read those instead, do some research, figure out what kind of features they have and decide for yourself which one is best for your purposes. All you're going to get here is "you should buy the tablet I buy instead", as you've already seen.
