- Name of your Gladiator – Rex Tanar (T-Rex for short)
- Abilities of your Gladiator – Melee combatant. Uses a scythe with a sword on the other end. Splits the sword and scythe when pushed to greatly enhance his damage output. Agile and quick-witted, he’s quick to use his opponents weaknesses against them.
- Weaknesses of your Gladiator – Severely vain, he becomes enraged when his face is damaged. (Cuts, bruises, broken nose, etc.) Relies on his weapons to do major damage, but can hold his own without them. Normally is barefoot.
- Personality of your Gladiator – Very forceful in his encounters with other RHG’s, he can seem pushy when he’s really just excited for the battle ahead.
But his personality changes when he gets down to it. He’s very calculating, and is quick to point out his opponents faults, and use their weaknesses against them, if he can.
- Appearance of your Gladiator –
Clothing - His right sleeve of his jet black t-shirt is non-existent, to allow free movement. Wears a red jacket with a hood, with the pentagram on his back in white. Dark grey shorts with a chain wrapped around the waist like a belt. Their jingle announces his presence. Normally goes barefoot, but will wear straw sandals on occasion.
Hair - Short, styled like my Avatar's; such a dark shade of brown it appears black in unlit places.
Eyes - Sky blue
Age - Appears to be in his late 20's, although talks as if he's much older
Height/Weight - 5'10, 160 lbs.
Distinguishing Features He has a scar going from his left shoulder to his 2nd rib from the bottom on the right. It stretches across his back, so it's harder to look at.
- Story of your Gladiator – He has trained for years in order to join RHG. He’s remained secluded at the summit of an unnamed mountain...until now, that is. He’s left seclusion to finally fulfill his destiny...to become the best RHG in existence...of course, being accepted by RHG will make an excellent start.
- Demo of your Gladiator
RHG DEMO – Rex Tanar (T-REX)
A/N – I hope this will be sufficient as a demo. I recommend you listening to ‘No Plan B’ by Manafest while reading this.

The pristine white room that Rex entered blinded him for a moment before his eyes adjusted. He looked around at the simulator that they were going to test him in. He sighed, his hand reaching behind him and gripping the staff on his back. A speaker in the corner squeaked before saying, ‘Simulation starting in 15 seconds…prepare yourself…’
Rex lowered himself into a battle ready stance, his weapon still on his back. He took in a deep breath and nodded. ‘Simulation starting…NOW!’
The white dissolved into black and grey as the simulation started. The ground solidified again into a concrete floor, similar to that of a warehouse. Rex looked around him, finding himself surrounded by thugs with sunglasses on. His mind already assessed the situation and he nodded again, already having a course of action planned, down to the tiniest detail.
At that moment, some of the thugs rushed him, the others crossing their arms and watching. Rex smiled and pulled his staff from his back. The scythe blade wasn’t in position to do damage, but Rex didn’t need it yet. That’s when the onslaught started. He smacked the thug in front him in the nose, dazing him, then pulled back and jabbing the thug behind him with what would be the blunt end of the staff if he had ‘unsheathed’ the scythe blade. Both thugs crumpled as a third pulled a knife out. All the others remained unarmed, which is what Rex anticipated. He swung his staff wide, smacking several of the thugs across the face and knocking them down. He then jabbed the thug with the knife in the neck before he could slash at his exposed side. He crumpled, coughing, while Rex turned and smacked another thug on the temple, making him crumple as well.
The other thugs that had remained behind decided to join the fray, some pulling swords out of sheathes that weren’t there before. ‘They upped the difficulty…’ Rex thought, a grin growing on his face. He smacked his staff on the ground, unsheathing the scythe blade. The thugs hesitated, but they all charged him anyway. He swung his scythe around, cutting three of them down before the rest reached him. He deflected a sword swing from the front before flipping his scythe around vertically, cutting both the thug in front of him and the thug who was about to behead him from behind. Blood spurted into the air as Rex swung his scythe to behead a thug, using the force of the swing to bonk another one on the temple. ‘Too easy…’ He thought before he heard it.
The ‘chink’ of someone cocking a sub machine gun rang through the air. He dodged behind a pillar before the bullets sprayed the air he left in his wake. Some of the other thugs that he hadn’t hit were gunned down by their own teammates as several thugs pulled out guns and filled the room with lead. He cringed as the bullets tore chunks of the pillar he was hiding behind off. Cursing, he flipped his scythe so the butt was facing upward. He pressed a button and a blade slipped out of a hole in it with a ‘shink’. He smiled again, peeking around the corner. Several of the thugs were moving toward the pillar, with the others behind them reloading their weapons. ‘This is gonna be fun…’ He thought, spinning his scythe/sword effortlessly. He swung the scythe blade around, catching a thug in the gut. He spun around him, slashing another across the chest before the others opened fire. He dove, rolling before throwing his scythe/sword at the thugs. The sword blade stabbed into one of the thugs, pinning him to the ground. The others retreated, the ones in the back coming forward and training their SMGs at them and pulling the triggers.
Rex got up and dove again, this time towards them. He slid across the floor as the air above him whizzed with bullets. He stopped amidst them, where he flipped to his feet and got into a battle ready stance. He jabbed a thug in the throat with a karate chop, then elbowed a thug behind him and punched the one he jabbed in the nose. Both crumpled while the third trained his gun on him. Neither of them moved until Rex kicked a rock at the goon. He fired too late. The stone was small enough, and got stuck in the barrel of his gun, making it explode in his hands when he tried to blast Rex. He fell on his butt, and almost got back up if Rex hadn’t kicked him in the temple.
He pulled his scythe/sword out of the thug that was in the ground and was about to charge the remaining thugs when a voice resounded through the room. ‘Enough!’
The room dissolved into white, blinding Rex momentarily. He opened his eyes to find himself in the simulator again. He looked at himself, assessing his injuries. Save a few cuts and bruises, he was fine. Rex looked up to see the door he had come in open now. ‘You may leave now…we will call you if we believe you to be…RHG material…’ the voice echoed.
Rex sheathed his blades and slipped the now harmless looking staff back into its holster on his back, sighing. ‘…Thanks…’ He said, bowing toward the speaker before walking out.
He started laughing as soon as he was out of sight of the front door of RHG headquarters. ‘…They didn’t see me go all the way…oh well…’ He told himself, chuckling as he walked on.
