I have one.
Ok, so I have this expensive picture of some baby sitting on a blanket(my mom insisted I had it hung in my room :/). One night, I was staring at it for quite some time, bored and not in the least bit sleepy. Eventually I saw the face starting to shift around. I rubbed my eyes and wondered what the hell was happening. I closed and opened them and this time the baby was grinning at me, with a glow in his eye. The word "Suffer" appeared on the the picture. I stared in fear and awe. I turned away and tried not to think about it. When I looked back, the picture was all normal except for the eyes. They were staring at me, instead of looking to the rug like normal.
After this happened, I took the picture down and had my mother store it someplace else. It scared the living **** out of me.

EDIT: This isn't really "scary" but it's really weird. Ok, so we have this case thing full of black and white photos of my step grandparents. In almost every single one of those photos, there is a white glare in the shape of a small person standing next to them.
Also, this thread has gotten me all paranoid. Can't even look at a reflection without thinking something unnatural is going to show up in it.

man I like reading these sort of things. I have a few, but they're pretty complicated and they'd take a while to type. Maybe I'll post them later.

You should've took a picture, and then see if it actually came out the way you were seeing it, or it came out normal. It could've been your eyes.

I was outside at night, just walking around with my friends and then something like white shadow ran to the entrance of the house where we all lived (each had one apartament)then we looked at the doors where (the shadow disappeared) was a window thing on it and there appeared white shiny face and it looked very scary.

Okay, I'm paranoid because of this thread.

When I was 10, I think, I was in my bed.
The bedroom is located upstair's.
Suddendly I hear someting like kitchen equiptment* is falling on the ground.
I woked up and stayed quiet.
Then again I hear a plate schater on the ground.
Then for about 2 minute's there was nothing, and I went back to sleep.
Just before I started to sleep, I heard someting like footstep's going up the stair's. It sounded like It's getting closer and closer.
I freaked out and opened the light, stared at the door, and waited for someting to happen.
I looked at the door, for 10 minute's at least.
Then I slowly went down the stair's.
From the bottom of the stairs, you can see a long hallway, that the end is always in dark even if you turn on the light.
I looked at the dark for some time, and all of a sudden, two arm's are coming out of the shade.
I ran up stair's like hell.
I went to bed, and again I hear footstep's on the stair's.
I screamed as loud as I could.
I waked my mom and my dad.
They both came running to my bedroom, and asked what happend.
I just sayed It was a bad dream.
Then every thing was quiet the whole night.
But I didn't shut the eye's for 1 second.

It's true.
