This is my second animation in about month.

CnC please. (I know there should be movement between the punch and the uppercut)

Not bad at all! You have very little to no wobbliness, and your foot movement for the most part is excellent.

I think though that you should incorporate the double-framing / easing concept, as well as a realistic gravitational feel. I can never emphasize this enough in animating: DOUBLE FRAME & EASE! Use it when action is slow or not speedy. If this applied with easing, where a movement doesn't just come to an immediate stop and rather to a gentle and slow stop, animating becomes ever more realistic.

Although the path the red stick was smooth when tossed in the air, it was slightly awkward. Try this: when he's hit up into the air, make a fast accent, try to really slow it down with double framing when he reaches the top, and then speed it back up again as he falls. With a little practice, you could probably get the hang of this in no time, and have air-borne objects look much more realistic.

So overall, your animation is really smooth, and follows a perfect path. But, if you try to incorperate easing, double framing, and a different feel for gravity, the anim would be even better and realistic. Sorry if my wording or advice is a little off, its 1:30AM where I am :p Keep it up!

Thanks for the Feedback! I'll try those out next time.
