I thought it had potential. The piano/organ sound throws the whole thing off though. I'd go with a different sound for that. But the beat had potential. It sounded a *tiny* bit random and unstructured. When you think about songs, you can often musically predict the direction that the melody is headed, whereas this just sounds a little thrown together. So for me I'd say just a little more structured and change the piano sound, and you'll be on the right track.
