All of his animations are the exact same thing. I'll break this shit down to you.
Let's not here that TopStick was so boring I closed it out after the first twenty seconds of actual animation :/
The same 1:
Mutationism
BYE
SHOCK 1
SHOCK 2
SHOCK 3
Failed Containment
The same 2:
All of his RHG animations ever
FF Last MAgus
Diablo
Grafight 5 - This is probably his best animation.
Everything is just senseless fighting for no reason whatsoever. From everything he has on StickPage I cannot see where he has tried to develop any type of plot in his animations. None whatsofuckingever. There is no purpose to why everyone is fighting, they just are. All of his animations are made to please ten year olds who are takings some time off of Call of Duty. This is the impression I get from watching his animations. I'm not some faggot hipster who is just trying to be cool. I've been around here for a very long time, and usually people try to develop their animations and make them more complex, but not Terkoiz. His Full Body animations are neat, but they're the same thing as his stick figure animations except in Full Body which is very simple and basic.
Look at the age group of the community, especially new animators. They're all kids. Little kids are going to watch his animations, think they're cool, and want to copy them because it's simple and they think it would be easy to recreate their own fights. That's why I got into pivot when I was twelve years old. That's why watching a movie at ten or twelve years old is completely different than watching a move when you're sixteen or older. You don't understand quite as much because people try to be complicated. Terkoiz's animations are like reading a picture book of how to pick an apple, versus what he could be doing.
Kinda like watching the old Disney, but a bit different in style and such. Well anyways...
My personal favourite animation would have to be Children of the Night by DuoCartoonist.
The one problem that I have with this is that some of the transitions and effects were not really smooth with some of the scenes. [ E.G. : Near the end where Luna and a little white foal meet and then goes into a 3D pan. The cloud layering and nesting wasn't eased out right and the layering problem with the little foals and the clouds didn't go right. ]
Whenever I need inspiration, I go to the Madness Combat series. It's very, VERY well made and actually has a story. The style of it is just so incredible, I can't stop coming back to it from time to time :)
Kudos, Krinkles.
Speaking of Madness, I prefer bunnykill over it and I would say it's more inspiring. Madness kept tossing bells&whistles in its later animations in order to give the illusion that it had gotten significantly better. Bunnykill upped the ante everytime by adding more and more illustrious assets and changing the formula on occasion. It at least shows that by being less prolific, the creator is using that time to come up with more stuff to do. It felt 10 times more powerful to see the unkillable protagonist slowly get killed and die in Bunnykill than in Madness.
Doors Series - It made my eyes glow with happiness
Shock Series - Action filled my excitement
Slush Invaders Animation - Ths story made my day
Bunny kill series - awsome fights
