The most recent one; you definitely want to get the product that's the most up-to-date.

Yeah, got that and it lags like hell.

I prefer camtasia but if your pc can't handle it, we can't do anything for you.
Fraps may be the second option after it since it's pretty basic and all.
Livestream procaster lets you go live and record it too, it's free but takes a lot of ram too.
Just google some free basic program for recording if you can't use any of those.
