Smoker animation

So this is the beginning of a longer piece of work I´m currently working on. It´s going to be called "Parasite", but I decided to show you the "Smoker"-clip to see you think.
Please comment and give constructive critisism!

Damn boy, thats some pretty hot stuff you got there.
It was fluid and smooth but his head resizes to much.
Nice background though.

when he walks forward he shrinks about half a centimetre or something, i like it i used to use that style.

Thanks a lot for the comments. In my pace it will take a looong time for the whole animation to be finished, but be patient.

24 Fps, but it runs a little slower than it´s supposed to in the browser. Works properly on my computer.

GOSH!!! My animations are also 24 fps and it aint as smooth as yours.
