I don't know what you mean with Template man, is it tweens?
Anyways, it looks very smooth, nice job. Maybe make it longer since there is not much to criticize about at the moment.

template man is my new "way" of animating sticks, you animate circles first, then connect the circles with lines.

seems like a waste of time, but whatever floats your boat. lol no its nice but his feet are shaking ¬.¬ work on where your circles are going and more inbetweens?

I think there's an actionscript floating around somewhere that connects the circles for you when you export it.

If I remember, I'll have a look if I have it for you later.
