Navigating the Forum

1. What is Stick Empires General?
   Stick Empires General is the section where you can discuss anything SE related, and if it doesn't fit in any of the other SE sections.

2. What is the Guild Hall?
   The Guild Hall is an area of the forums that deals with the various out-of-game clans StickEmpires has. In the distant future update there will be an in-game system, but for now the clans are out of game. This thread lists all previous and current clan of SE.
   
   
3. What is Order Empire Strategy?
   Order Empire Strategy is a sub-forum dealing with tips and strategies relative to the Order Empire. Some Older Posts are no longer accurate.
   
   
4. What is Chaos Empire Strategy?
   Chaos Empire Strategy is a sub-forum dealing with tips and strategies relative to the Chaos Empire. Some Older Posts are no longer accurate.
   
   
5. What is Elemental Empire Strategy?

1. What happens if I don't follow the Rules?
   If you do not follow the rules, you get an infraction, worth one point. 5 points is a day-ban, 10 points is a week-ban and 20 points is a perma-ban. Infractions last 2 weeks.
   
   
2. Where should I post?
   If it is about one of the games, post in their respective threads. If it is a strategy that is for a specific Empire, post in either Chaos Strategy or Order Strategy. If it deals with clans/guilds, post in the Guild Hall. If it does not fall under any of these categories, post it in the SE General Section.
   
   
3. Why should I post?
   To make the game more fun. To develop new strategies. If you've got a reason, go for it. But if you're posting just to raise your post count, it's better if you don't.
   
   
4. DO NOT POST ANY OF THESE TOPICS:
   
   
   • Insert Empire Here is OP or UP! (Unless you have a legitimate concern)
     
   • Any Strategy that has been already created (Unless you have your own unique mix to it, or it's a new and updated version of the older strategy.)

5. Reporting Posts
   The report system is a system which alerts moderators if a user is breaking the rules. You can report a post who does not follow the rules by clicking the triangle with an exclamation point in the bottom left.
   

Guild Hall

1. What are Clans/Guilds?
   Clans or Guilds are a community of SE Players dedicated to developing new strategies, sharing information and having fun.
   
   
2. Why should I join a Clan/Guild?
   If you want to meet players who are dedicated to the game and can help you progress, a clan is where you should look. If you get bored playing people you don't know, meet new clan-folk.
   
   
3. Which Clan/Guild should I join?
   This is up to your choice.
   
   
4. How do I join a Clan/Guild?
   Head to their websites, listed in The Clans Thread and fill out their applications. Depending on how well you did, you may or may not get accepted.
   
   
5. Can I make my own Clan/Guild?
   It is highly encouraged that you make a clan of your own, given that you are dedicated enough to stay with it until the day it dies.

1. Where can I learn General Tips about the Game?
   Threads are scattered all throughout the Forum and can mainly be found in the Strategy Sub-Forums.

Miscellaneous

1. Who controls the Forum?
   The moderators and the admins. The moderators assigned to the SE Section (as of right now) is _Ai_ and Raptor. If you have any questions regarding the rules, kindly shoot them a PM.
   
   
2. What are all these things other than StickEmpires?
   SE is a small part of the much larger StickPage, created by CRAZYJAY. StickPage is devoted to animation, but has a number of smaller subsections.
   List of other (notable) sections:
   
   
   • The General Section, where one can discuss with other non-SE players on a wide array of topic. Forum games and RPs are also abundant here.
     
   • RHG Section is where one makes a gladiator and fights other user-made gladiators using an animating prgoram.
     
   • Writer's Lounge is the place where writers can show off their linguistic talent and shine.
   
   
   
3. What is an infraction?
   Something bad. Something you don't want. Just obey the rules and you won't have to find out.

1. Does the the armory affect the gameplay?
   No, it does not. It's purely cosmetics and to pretty up your army.
   
   
2. Is a 4th empire coming out?
   No, it will not. As of right now anyways. But the majority of the users doesn't like the idea of a 4th empire because it will disrupt the balance that SE has currently.

I feel like this doesn't need spoilers.

And that it won't help much. New players/forum users will still behave like new players/forum users. Yes, they may read this (maybe). No, they won't always act with full comprehension. Because they don't have it yet.

Just what happens when young kids use the Internets.

imo, this thread wont help much, although I appreciate that u put efforts on this. Time will pass, it will soon be forgotten and not much people will read this, unless we make it prominence :P

I'm not heading back into that pit of hate. If you make a thread stating both sides of the argument, I'll link it and let them decide for themselves. If they go around whining elsewhere, it's their problem.

Nicely done. Also, kindly link them to the rules thread, if you may. Warn them about infractions and its cause, and the things that follow.

Also, mention 'do not bump'.

Suggestions:

1) Give credit to each of the users who made the respective Tip Threads like "Miner Tips by GamerXD8"
- In general I would just make the Tip Series a hub for links to significant threads where you just post the link itself in huge bold font. But it's up to you.

2) Some of the Do Not Post entries are kinda vague and redundant:
- Add "Asking for money/credits to unlock Chaos/Elementals/Store Stuff"
- Asking to not post created Threads and Strats is fine, but I think it'd be clearer if you made a rule on that in itself. Something like "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE SURE TO LOOK AROUND FIRST BEFORE MAKING A THREAD. The answer might already be here."
- Pointless Threads are kinda vague. Give some examples.

3) Include the rule that you should REPORT an offense if you see one happening. Take a screenshot of the Report button and include it so people will know as it is often missed.
- Also include the deal with infractions since alot of people ask that.

4) Place the note on top of the post instead of the bottom. Newcomers will see that first and foremost.

I follow Crazy Jay who made his ascent before he decided to make you guys some SE.
