Would you prefer for people to be misguided by an outdated thread? Plus, it's somewhat broken, if you read it before the update.
It's also to make it into a FAQ/Q&A thread; it was suggested by a certain someone.

Can you guys like, add something about statements asking to become a Chat Mod? It just seems like anyone who just enters the forum expecting they know who they are will proclaim outright that they would make a good Mod/Admin. Whether or not their intentions are noble, it's starting to get repetitively annoying.

Well I don't mind spino becoming one. Hes active, on the forums and all that good stuff. Mike just came out of the blue and approached it incorrectly.

Try to not bump threads, you can receive infractions.

There's a few special circumstances where you actually can bump. For example, contributing to the thread (and actually contributing not just "oh i like dis", updating the thread. Stickied threads are also fine to be bumped, if you have a question.

Problem is contributing is damn subjective and I've had infractions before for posting what I thought was actual intelligent contribution to the thread

You can always PM me back if you think the infraction was done in error. I haven't played in a long time so I don't know how things work in SE anymore. Don't worry I won't get mad.
