He is a Lawfully Good person and is quick to anger.
Powers/Abilities
He has super speed, Bow and arrows that can split, Anger augmented bionic arm, and a excellent kicker.
Weaknesses
He is clumsy, He’s slow when it comes to hand to hand combat, and water can cause his arm to short circuit.
Story
Pierce was born into the world without a father, as his dad left him upon his birth, for he was not ready to care for a child. While his mother remarried, not having a "true" father kind of got him down. School wasn't so great for him either, as he was constantly beaten by local bullies, to a point of suicidal thought. Although counseling managed to help him out. Years went by, and at age 18, he joined the army, becoming part of the Navy Seal Force. Unfortunately for him however, during a dreaded battle, he lost his arm, and was unable to perform well in the field soon after. His life now in ruin, he retired and travelled back to his home town, where he found a pamphlet on a building. It managed to catch his eye because on the front, was a picture of a building he remember seeing as a child, during a family trip to San Diego months after his mom remarried. The building was marked with huge three letters: R.H.G. that lit up the sky even in the day. He remembered that for some reason, he took great interest in the towering skyscraper, as if it gave off some mysterious feeling in the air, telling him to come and see what awaited him inside. He read the pamphlet. Compete Against some of the best warriors in the world? Battle for glory and fame? That was enough to convince Pierce to pack up his things and sign up for this RHG thing. Upon arriving, he was given by specialists, a bionic arm. Never did He feel so complete once again. He also took with him, special bow and arrows. With his military knowledge, and new abilities, he was ready to take his life back.
