William Vipers is a 21 year old scientist, who's working in a flow energy lab. One day, he did something wrong with the energy. Some chemical has accidentally been poured over it. The energy was exploding. William Vipers try to escape, but he found out that he was too late. After the explosion, he earned the power of the flow energy. Now, he can use the incredible power.
The reason that he came to RHG is he wanted to practice more and more. Until one day, he discovered that can use the power to protect the earth.
