Wow, I'm kind of surprised I got so many comments. Usually I post stuff around here and get like 1-2 comments. Thanks guys!

All of these were made for a college course I was taking called Digital Art and Animation. I have to say, the course dramatically helped my understanding of Flash. Now that the course is over, I might start making some projects on my free time. Some more entertaining projects hopefully.

@Sans: I made 1 flash animation probably a good 4 years ago, if not longer. I lost flash for a good while after that, but since I took this college course, I decided to download Flash again. Besides for working on that squirrel animation, that meteorite animation was my first flash animation in 4 years. I'm surprised I added as much detail in as I did. I was just really excited that I had flash and wanted to attempt some effects. Since most of you might know I'm more of a movements kind of guy. Your right though, more detail would have made it look a lot better, but that also takes more time and patience. I'll try to make something that follows more of a storyline and has a bit more detail in the future. Thanks for the comment!

Edit: Oh and for those of you interested, I have a pivot thread here as well. (That's my main animating program) You can't comment there since I haven't updated that thread in awhile, but if you wanted to see some of my other work, that's where it is. I also have an easytoon thread somewhere. I can't seem to find it though.

Dont use a bunch of tweened balls as your smoke. Draw it yourself or else itll look funny.

Umm.... they're not shape tweened balls. I drew that effect from scratch every frame... please don't make assumptions like that. If you don't believe me I still have the flash file. It was my first attempt at making effects this complicated. I did the best I could lol, I guess I'm just a bit unsure on how smoke should look. It probably just seems weird because there isn't any shading. I'm not good when it comes to shading effects.

Wow... loved the squirrel 9/10 never thought of doing that. It's so creative and smooth. The meteor was epic and the smoke trails were cool. Never thought that a trapdoor would lead to that, but its cool.
