Abilities - he is a hand-to-hand combat specialist because he has been training for 20 years. He isn't a normal human, in fact he is more intelligent, stronger, and faster. He can use a lot of weapons, so that means he can disarm the weapon you are using to use against you. If he hits you a bunch of times he will become stronger because he gets more confidence.
Weaknesses - he has trouble fighting ranged fighters because he is only good at close combat. He hates fighting when its cold, so if you can shoot frozen stuff at him he will be fighting all sloppy. If he misses you or you dodge his hit a bunch of times he starts losing energy, so he needs to hit someone to gain energy and the momentum to want to fight.
Story - Bud was named after a family dog that they had for years. But, the dog died the day he was born. His parents told him that the dog wasn't an ordinary dog. It was an ass kicker, it was the best guard dog ever! So, Bud was happy for his name and guess what? Yep, you guessed it, he was an ass kicker just like the dog!
